Our Greytown café is the heart of The Offering. It’s busy, fast-moving, people-focused and full of genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for people who care about the details, enjoy working as part of a team, and understand that how someone is made to feel matters just as much as what they’re served.
At The Offering, we follow the 49/51 philosophy. Skills can be taught, but attitude, awareness, kindness and emotional intelligence matter most.
Guest Experience
This role is for someone who loves people, pace and making customers feel genuinely looked after.
You might be a great fit if you enjoy welcoming guests, taking orders, staying calm when things get busy, and creating small moments that make someone’s day better.
In this role, you may be greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, helping the café flow smoothly, and working closely with the rest of the team.
Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. We care more about finding someone kind, reliable, positive and willing to learn.
Guest Fulfilment
This role is for someone who enjoys working with care, consistency and a strong team around them.
You might be a great fit if you like being organised, keeping things moving, paying attention to detail and helping make sure every order leaves the café feeling considered.
In this role, you may be helping with food and drink orders, packing takeaway items, supporting the kitchen and front of house team, keeping spaces tidy and making sure customers receive their order with care.
You’ll need to be calm under pressure, willing to jump in where needed and proud of doing the little things well.
