Shipping Policy

New Zealand shipping

We ship our six-packs and twelve-packs of cookies nationwide across New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Rural deliveries may incur additional charges and may take a little longer.

Dispatch dates

We dispatch cookies on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

For shipping orders, the date selected at checkout is your dispatch date. This is the date your order is scheduled to leave The Offering and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

For the best chance of receiving your cookies before the weekend, please order by 2pm Wednesday.

Tracking and delivery

Once your cookies have been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Our courier partner targets next-business-day delivery to most residential and business addresses. Rural deliveries and courier-network disruptions may add one or more working days.

While we carefully pack and dispatch every order on time, courier delivery timeframes are targets and cannot be guaranteed.

Authority to Leave

Our standard courier service is non-signature / Authority to Leave. If nobody is available when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave your parcel in a suitable location where appropriate.
