From our Masterton coffee cart to events, catering and mobile moments, this side of The Offering is all about creating a warm, easy and memorable experience beyond the café.
We’re looking for people who are confident, friendly, reliable and calm under pressure. People who love coffee, enjoy working with customers and can bring The Offering feeling into different spaces.
Coffee Cart Guest Experience
This role is for someone who loves people, coffee and creating a great moment in someone’s day.
You might be a great fit if you enjoy working at pace, chatting with customers, keeping things organised and taking pride in the small details.
In this role, you may be taking orders, making or serving drinks, preparing food items, keeping the cart clean and stocked, and helping customers feel looked after from the moment they arrive.
You’ll need to be reliable, warm, practical and willing to jump in where needed. Experience is helpful, but attitude, care and team fit matter most.
