Working here feels like being part of a team that looks out for each other. You’ll greet familiar faces, welcome new ones, and play a real part in creating moments that make someone’s day better. Some days are busy and fast, others are calm and steady — but the focus is always the same: people first.
You might be a great fit if you enjoy talking to people, stay calm when things get hectic, and take pride in doing things properly. Experience is helpful, but it’s not essential. What matters more is your mindset — being warm, reliable, and willing to learn.
In the role, you’ll be welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks with care, and working closely with the rest of the team to keep everything flowing smoothly. We’ll teach you the technical side — coffee, food, systems, and service flow — and support you as you grow in confidence.
Right now, we’re open about what this role could look like. It might be part-time or it might grow into something more — it really depends on the people who apply and what works well between you and us. We care more about finding the right fit than ticking boxes.
